Tortillas:
1/2 cup sugar (may use Splenda)
1 1/2 Tbls cinnamon
Small flour tortillas

Fruit Salsa:
2 large apples
3 medium kiwi
1 lbs strawberries
Sugar (Splenda) to taste

Directions:
Directions:
To make tortillas:
1. Combine sugar and cinnamon
2. Cut tortillas into eigths, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
3. Bake at 350º until crispy, about 7 minutes.

To make salsa:
1. Cut up all fruit into small chunks.
2. Place in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
3. Add sugar (Splenda) to desired sweetness.
