1/4 cup warm water
1 pkg dry yeast (if you use cake yeast water should only be lukewarm)
3/4 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
3 1/2 to 4 cups Robin Hood flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in warm water for 5 minutes. Combine milk, sugar, and salt in bowl. Stir to dissolve. Beat in butter, eggs and 1 cup flour and yeast mixture. Beat with electric beater until smooth. Add rest of flour until dough leaves the side of the bowl. Turn out on lightly floured board. Knead until dough becomes smooth and elastic and no longer sticky-- about 5 to 10 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl. Grease top of dough and cover with wax paper. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and form into rolls of desired shape. Place on a greased baking sheet or a muffin pan and let rise until light or double in bulk, 30 to 40 minutes. Bake in 425º oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

Mon would only use Robin Hood flour. She was proud of being able to make these and they were so good. Some one just reminded me the other day about how good Myrtle's rolls were.
