1/2 cup soy sauce
3 Tbls brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 - 2 lbs flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
1. In flat dish, combine first 4 ingredients, whisk until blended.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place flank steak in marinade, cover and refrigerate for atleast one hour, turning frequently.
4. Grill over medium-high heat, about 7 minutes per side for medium rare.
5. Let stand for 10 minutes and slice thin on an angle.
