1 medium head of cauliflower
4 T butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk or cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped cauliflower in salted water until soft. In a large saucepan sauté butter and onion until onions are clear. Blend in flour. Add broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, cauliflower and cooking water. Cook until mixture thickens slightly. Add shredded cheese and stir to melt.
