3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 cup fresh or bottled key lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water and sugar to boil in heavy sauce pan, stirring until sugar disolves.
2. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, then lime juice.
3. Transfer mixture to medium bowl, chill for 30 minutes, stiring often.
4. Process mixture in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
5. Transfer sorbet to medium container, cover and freeze until firm, atleast 4 hours.
6. Serve over crushed graham crackers. (optional)
