1 large can Chicken Broth (fat free)
2 small cans Roasted Garlic Chicken Broth
1 can stewed tomatoes (diced)
1 pkg. hot Italian sausage ( about 6 sausages)
2 pkgs. Tortellini
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sausages on baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
While sausage is baking, combine Chicken Broth and stewed tomatoes in large pot. Bring to a boil. Add Parmesan cheese.

After sausages have cooled, cut each link lengthwise, then into slices. Add to broth. Boil.

Just before serving, add tortellini. Cook according to package directions.

Top with extra Parmesan cheese.
