1 yellow cake mix
Frosting-filling:
2 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 packages of fresh frozen coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake yellow cake in 2 round layers according to package directions. After baking, cool and split each layer to make 4 layers. Mix frosting-filling using sour cream, sugar and coconut. Fill each layer with the frosting-filling and cover the top and the sides of the four layered cake with remaining. Cover the cake well and place in refrigerator for 4 days before serving.
