5 lb of potatoes
1 med onion finely chopped
1 tsp. of garlic
2 lg boxes of Chicken Broth
2 Cups of Cream
1 Stick of Butter
Salt and Pepper
Chives and Cheese (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Pell potatoes cut into same size pieces, put in heavy pan, add finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, butter, salt and pepper. When potatoes are getting soft add cream of chicken soup, and cream. Continue cooking until potatoes are done. Serve with a sprinkle of chives and grated cheese on top (opt)

I like a lot of butter in my soup so you can add more than one stick if you like. Add more salt and pepper to your taste. It's really good served with homemade cornbread.
