graham crackers (about 1/2 box)
2 small pkgs. french vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk (I use 1%)
8 oz cool whip (I use lite)
Frosting:
1 square (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom and sides of a 9x13 glass baking dish with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding mix, milk, and thawed cool whip. Spoon into dish lined with graham crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spread chocolate frosting on top layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for several hours to give the graham crackers time to soften.
Frosting:
Melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat and blend in vanilla, milk and powdered sugar.
