Tart ingredients:
6 oz cream cheese
2 sticks oleo
2 cups flour
14 oz caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Frosting:
1/2 cup crisco
1/2 cup oleo
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three tart ingredients and press into tart pans. Bake at 450º for 10-12 minutes.
In double broiler use caramels and evaporated milk stirring until mixture is smooth. Pour into baked tart shells.
Mix all frosting ingredients on high speed till thick. Put small amount of frosting on caramel filling.
