cop onion
cup celery
Paprika
2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
8-10 potatoes-cut in cubes
Package of American cheese slices
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and celery and put in pot with some water. Sprinkle paprika and put bouillon cubes in and cook while you are cutting your potatoes. Cube your potatoes and add to pot pouring more water to cover potatoes. Cook till potatoes are done (approximately 20 minutes) Melt butter and flour together and add to the soup mixture to thicken soup. Then add cheese slices stirring until melted.
