2/3 cup shortening
2 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cup shredded zucchini

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes in 2 loaf pans - greased and floured.
