2 c flour
2 c sugar
˝ tsp salt
1 c butter or (light margarine)
1 c water
4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs
˝ c nonfat sour cream
1 tsp baking soda

Frosting:
˝ cube butter (light margarine)
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 Tbsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Bring to boil butter, water, cocoa, and pour into dry ingredients immediately. Beat until smooth, add eggs, sour cream and soda. Grease and flour pan slightly. Pour batter into 9"x13" pan and bake for 30-53 minutes. Combine the ingredients for the frosting in a small saucepan and boil until it bubbles and add about 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Use frosting while warm….
