1 to 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
1 minced garlic clove
1 bay leaf
1 tsp oregano
Pinch Basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 15 ounce cans tomato sauce

1 pint sour cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese
8 ounces mozzarella
8 ounces lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add dry ingredients and tomato sauce. Simmer 20-30 minutes. In 9 x 13 pan, layer as follows: noodles, meat sauce, sour cream, and cheeses. Repeat. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
