2 cans red kidney beans, rinsed
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced onions
1 large egg
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. each, ginger, minced garlic
1 tbsp. oil
Sauce: for on burgers or for dippings
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared white horseradish
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mash beans with potato masher or fork. Stir in remaining burger ingredients until blended. Form into 4 patties or balls.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook approximately 4 minutes per side or until heated through and crusty. Mix your sauce ingredients and set aside. Serve onto burgers onto buns with lettuce tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and sauce.
