1 lb.shrimp - peeled frozen or fresh, tail on or off
1 jar Hooters breading mix
1 jar Hooters wing sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw shrimp and pat dry. Shake shrimp into dry Hooters breading mix, drop into fry daddy at 350º in pure vegetable oil until cooked or lightly browned. Place shrimp into lidded container. Pour or spoon into Hooters wing sauce at room temperature. Shake well. Drain off excess sauce and save drippings for later dipping.
