4 - cod steaks
6 small - red potatoes, ends cut off
baby carrots
small yellow onions, cut in half
1 c. - table salt
butter, melted (to pour over fish & veggies)

Directions:
Directions:
Start with boiling water in 2 large pots, Dutch oven size. Add ½ c. salt to first pot. Cover and return to a boil. Add carrots and potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are almost done. Add onion. To 2nd pot, add ½ salt. When it resumes boiling, add the fish. When fish comes to the top, it is done. Serve with melted butter, salt & pepper. Good with rye bread and coleslaw.
