"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
I buy long skewers.
Ahead of time; put all vegetables into bowl of shallow water just enough to steam a short time in the microwave. Cut up steak and chicken into bite size cubes and marinate into Italian dressing and Worcester sauce and mined garlic. After soaking in marinate sauce for approximately 1/2 hour, then start arranging your meal on skewers. (onion, steak, mushroom, pepper, chicken, potatoes, steak, carrots, chicken etc.) However you like. Roll or brush on marinating sauce.
Grill and keep basting with sauce. Cook till your preference approximately 10-15 minutes.
