Boneless Western ribs, cut into bite size pieces. Roll out cracker crumbs or use Italian bread crumbs in can. Put pork onto wooden skewers. Dip into water and egg. Then roll into crumb mixture.

Directions:
Cook on stove in skillet with vegetable oil. Brown all sides first, simmer till juices are clear about 20-30 minutes. Turn up heat and crisp at final end.
