1 - egg white
1 T. - water
1 tsp. - ground cinnamon
1 c. - sugar
1 tsp. - salt
1 lb. - raw pecans
½ tsp. - vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Line a 10 x 15 cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Whip egg white and water with a fork until smooth. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour mixture over pecans, coating well. Spread coated nut mixture evenly on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour, turning nuts every 15 minutes. Cool. Store in airtight container.
