1 c. - unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 c. - brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. - raw pecans, chopped
24 - graham cracker squares
1 tsp. - vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 10 x 15 cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place graham crackers in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle pecans evenly over the graham crackers then set aside. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat then add brown sugar, stirring until mixture boils. Boil caramel mixture for 1 minute, stirring constantly then stir in vanilla. Pour caramel mixture evenly over graham cracker-nut layer. Bake 10 minutes. Remove immediately and place the hot cookie sheet into the freezer. Freeze for 1 hour then break the pecan bark into bite-sized pieces. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
