1 lb. sausage, cooked
10 slices white bread, cubed
1c. shredded sharp cheddar (or more to taste)
1c. cottage cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
non-stick cooking spray

Mix all ingredients. Put in sprayed 9"x13" pan and cook at 350F for 60 to 70 minutes. Let sit at least 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
Note: You can mix all the wet ingredients together (including the sausage) the night before, then add bread in in the morning and bake. Easy and delicious!
