3 sq. chocolate or 1/3 c. cocoa
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 1/2 C. milk
2 T. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything except vanilla. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown.
Meringue:
2 egg whites
4 T. sugar
