1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 qt. whole tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can tomato paste
4 oz. can mild chopped green chili peppers
1 8-oz. can Old El Paso mild Enchilado sauce
12 sm. size flour tortillas
Cheddar cheese
TOPPINGS:
Lettuce, tomato, ripe olives, sour cream, salsa sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion; add tomatoes, tomato paste, green chili peppers and enchilada sauce.
Place 1/3 of meat mixture in 9x13" pan; place 6 flour tortillas on meat mixture. Repeat with 1/3 of meat mixture, top with some cheddar cheese, top with 6 more flour tortillas, add the final 1/3 meat mixture and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with toppings, or serve and let each person add their own toppings.
