16 skinless chicken tenderloins
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/2 tsp slat
1 lg egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º. Line pan with foil, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cornflakes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Lightly beat egg in another dish. Rise ice glaze off chicken and dry. Dip chicken in egg, then in cornflake mixture. Place on pan. Drizzle chicken with butter. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
