3 c. cookie mix
1 egg
1 can (3 1/2 oz) Angael flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c. finely chopped candied cherries
1 c. chopped nuts
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Throughly blend together mix, egg, coconut, vanilla, bananas, cherries and 1/2 c. nuts. Spread in greased and lightly floured 9x13x2 pan. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until center springs back when pressed with finger. Let cool in pan. Cut into about 1 1/2 inch squares. Store airtight.
