4 chicken breasts or thighs, boned
1/4 c. flour
4 thin slices onion
4- 1/4 slices sweet or russet potatoes
4 tsp. butter or margarine
4 tsp. chicken broth or bouillon
salt, pepper, paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour. Place one piece of chicken, onion and potato on each of 4 pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil. Add 1 tsp. butter and t tsp. chicken broth or bouillon over each, season to taste, bring foil up over chicken and fold edge to make tight package. Place in 350º oven for one hour, may be served from foil package.
