1 c. Crisco
1 c. sifted brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Crisco, brown sugar and sugar. Add eggs; beat until smooth and creamy. Stir in flour, salt, baking soda and black walnuts. Shape into two (2 1/2") rolls. Wrap in wax paper. Chill. Cut in 1/4" slices. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
