1 Ib. ground beef
1(14-oz) jar pizza sauce
3/4 c.biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir ground beef until brown. Drain. Spoon beef into 8" square baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and egg, beat till smooth. Pour over casserole. Bake at 400º for 40 mins. Quick & Easy!
