12 medium potatoes
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs - lightly beaten
1/4 cup onion - chopped
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, drain off water. In a bowl, mash hot potatoes with mixer. When all lumps are gone, add cream cheese and butter. Beat well until cheese and butter are melted and completely mixed. Mix in sour cream. To the milk- add eggs, onion and salt. Mix with potatoes until blended. Beat until fluffy. Place in a 9 inch buttered casserole. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
