100 gram chocolate
2 tablespoons of warm water
100 gram castor sugar
3 tablespoons of warm water
¼ litre of whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Break the chocolate to small pieces in a little pan, together with the 2 tablespoons of warm water.
Melt the chocolate slowly, while stirring.
Add the sugar and the 3 tablespoons of water, and bring it slowly to a boil.
Let it cool down, while stirring every once in a while
Whip the cream and mix it carefully through the chocolate.
It is best to put it in the refrigerator one day in advance.
Decorate with grated chocolate.
