2 lbs yellow squash
1 carrot, finely grated
1 small onion diced
1 cup sour cream
1 package stuffing (stove top)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash, carrot and onion until tender, drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Add sour cream and cream of chicken soup mix well. Melt margarine and mix with dressing. Grease with butter a 8x11 casserole dish. Sprinkle part of the dressing mix in the bottom of the 8x11 casserole dish. Pour squash mixture over the dressing mix. Spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining dressing mixture over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
