1 c flour
1/4 lb butter or margarine (1 stick)
1/2 lb chedar cheese (2 c grated)
dash salt
dash cayanne pepper and/or 1 T. tabasco

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Cut with pastry blender until like fine
meal. Form into small balls. Chill. Bake on an ungreased
cookie sheet at 425º about 10 to 12 minutes
