2 cup flour
2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream or mayonaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water
1 stick butter
Icing:
1 cup brown sugar
1-2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup 10xsugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease large cake pan or bundt pan before you start. Boil water, stir in cocoa, boil for 1-2 minutes, add butter boil for 30 seconds then remove from heat. In seperate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, eggs and vanilla. Mix in a cup or small bowl: milk, sour cream & vinegar, then add to flour mixture. Pour cocoa mix into flour mixture, a little at a time. As soon as its all mixed pour in pan and put in oven immediately. Bake 25 minutes of until poked with a toothpick that comes out clean.
Icing: Boil brown sugar, milk and vanilla then after smooth add butte until melted. Remove from heat add all remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth:if lumpy add a little milk. Pour on cake right away.
