4 c. herb stuffing
1 c. margarine
2 c. cream of celery soup
(or 1 cr. of mush/1 cr. of celery)
1 soup can milk
4 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg. frozen peas, rinsed
2 T. chopped onion
pepper and pimento to taste

Mix stuffing and melted margarine. Put half into a greased 9x13" pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350º.
