4 - 5oz. halibut steaks, about 3/4 inch thick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp chopped chives
1/8 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place steaks close together in a shallow baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, bread crumbs, garlic powder, chives, and tarragon leaves together; spread over steaks and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered at 400º for 15 to 20 minutes until fish is firm and flaky.
