Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Mix spaghetti
sauce in medium bowl. In 12X8X2 inch baking pan
spread 3/4 cup of meat sauce. Layer 3 uncooked
noodles on top. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture over noodles, and 1 1/2 cup of meat sauce over the noodles. Layer 3 more noodles. Spread the remaining cheese sauce over the noodles. Layer the last 3 noodles on that, finish the meat sauce over the noodles. Pour the water around the edges, cover and bake for 45 minutes at 375. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes. Personal Notes:
A one lb pkg. of lasagna noodles contains 18 noodles. I usually double the recipe and put the extra pan in the freezer for later.
