Crust:
2 cups graham crackers
1 stick butter (melted)
1/3 cup sugar

Filling:
2 eggs (beaten)
1- 8 oz. & 1- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 can strawberry pie filling
12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust and press into a greased 9x13 pan. Combine eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, lemon peel and sugar and blend until creamy smooth. Place cream cheese mixture over crust and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool completely. Cover with strawberry pie filling. Top with Cool Whip, and chill for 4 hours before serving.
