20 oz. frozen cauliflower
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. chopped onion
2 T. flour
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. half/ half ( cream / milk)
1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
3/4 t. salt
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower as directed. Drain, keeping 1 cup of liquid. Melt butter and cook onion until soft. Blend in flour and into pot with broth. Cook, stirring until it comes to a boil. stir in liquid and milk., worcestershire sauce and salt. Mash cauliflower and add to mixture. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Serve hot.
