3 med. potatoes, finely chopped
1 bunch fresh green onions, finely chopped
1 qt.chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. heavy cream
chives, chopped, (can use dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer potatoes and onion in chicken stock for 1 hr. Season to taste. Add cream and stir thoroughly. Top with chives to serve. Deliclous hot or cold!
