1 loaf of bread (white or wheat)
1 stick of oleo (melted)
1 egg slightly beaten
1 small onion ground
1 cup of ground giblets (liver, heart, gizzards)
1 tsp sage or poultry seasoning
1 can of Campbell's chicken broth
milk to moisten mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Grind giblets (may use extra gizzards and hearts if you want) and onion. Tear bread into small pieces. Pour melted butter over bread, add can of soup, egg, ground up onion and giblets. Season with salt and poultry seasoning to your taste. Add milk to make mixture very moist. Stuff bird. Put extra stuffing into a greased casserole. It will take about 1 hour at 350º to cook extra stuffing.

My Grand-daughter, Angie says if you put this recipe in the bird it is 'stuffing' if you put it in a casserole it is 'dressing'. You can call it whatever--I do.
