8 pork chops
oil
1/4 c. water
3 c. croutons
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1(4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp.sage
Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish. Add water to meat drippings, stirring to loosen brown particles. Add croutons, soup, mushrooms, celery, onion, salt, pepper and sage to meat drippings on each side of pork chops. Bake at 350º for 1 hr.
