1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. bacon dripings
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Grease skillet, pan or muffin pan. Heat pan in oven. Beat egg with fork. Add milk and bacon drippings. Stir in corn meal and sugar. Pour into hot greased pans. Handle carefuly. Bake 15 to 20 mins.
