1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3/3 c. melted butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1/4 c. sugar
1 lighty beaten egg
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. In large airtight container, cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Alternately add yeast and flour until well blended. Cover container and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hrs. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pan. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 mins makes 36 muffins.
