1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4c. margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 minced garlic clove (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1/4 1/2 tsp pepper
1 can (8 oz) drained mushroom pieces
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 C sour cream
2 C hot noodles

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add butter and let melt. Stir in flour. Add salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add soup and simmer uncovered for 10 min. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
