1 medium head of garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
12 potatoes
1c. butter, softened
8 tsp. 100% real Wasabi paste
1/2c. milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Remove papery outer skin of garlic bulb, rub with olive oil and place on small baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
While garlic is roasting, peel and quarter potatoes. Bring potatoes to a boil and allow to simmer until soft. Drain water and mash potatoes with butter until smooth.
Squeeze softened garlic cloves out of skin into pot. Mash garlic and Wasabi paste into potatoes, pour in milk and continue to mash until mixture is fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
Serves 6.
