1 lb. ground turkey
3 T. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper; dash of ground nutmeg
1 egg
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 T. olive oil
cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Coat hands with olive oil and shape turkey mixture into 30-36 three-quarter inch meatballs on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn meatballs over; bake an additional 10 minutes.
