4 lbs med or lrg shrimp unpeeled or 2 lbs peeled
1 stick unslated butter
1 t minced garlic
1 T lemon or lime juice
1 oz fresh mushrooms (sliced thin)
1 T + 1 t worcestershire
1 t soy sauce
1 t black pepper
3 T white vinegar
12 oz mozzarella or mild cheddar cheese (grated)
1/4 c each: purple onion, red pepper & green pepper (diced small) Mix together.

Peel & devein fresh shrimp. Preheat oven to 325. Melt butter over med heat in a 3 qt. or larger pot & saute' garlic 2 min. Add lemon juice, mushrooms, worcestershire, soy, black pepper & vinegar and stir heat 3 min. Add shrimp, stir until shrimp turn pink. Pour shrimp mixture into six oven proof soup bowls placed on cookie sheet. Cover shrimp w/grated cheese. Sprinkle onion/pepper over cheese & place in oven. When cheese is barely melted (2-3 min) turn oven to broil & broil 1 min. Serve immediately with buttered new potatoes or something green.
