3 lbs ground beef
3/4c. Ritz (Hi Ho, etc.) cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Mix well and pat into cookie sheet. Cover and
refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares, flour and
brown. Place in 13x9x2 pan. Mix together and cover meat with:
3 cans Beefy Mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes. This
makes a GREAT gravy so be sure to make mashed potatoes
