1/4 c. real maple syrup or honey
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 T. chopped fresh chives
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp ground red pepper, (cayenne) if desired
2 lbs. chicken wings (about 20)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in ungreased jelly roll pan, Pour syrup mixture over chicken, turn to coat. Bake uncovered 45-55 minutes, turning once and vrushing with sauce after 30 minutes, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serve with sauce.
